On Diet? Hopefully


Really I started to jog when I got free time
mostly is weekdays after my class dismiss and when the timetable is not so packed
Jog with my cousin
and I realised I got "breathing-difficulty" problem
so I cant really jog too long
fast walking also made me sweat alot
The feeling of sweating is damn nice indeed XD
I on diet but I din skip meals
I just eat less for dinner
Why not lunch?
I scare I tak boleh tahan and faint in col XD
Although I am so called " on dieting", I am still eating my fav choc and cheese cake XD
wish me luck peeps ;)
at least less down 2.5 kg also good =D
